We have all experienced times in life when feelings of stress, anxiety, hurt, and confusion seem too daunting to overcome. Sometimes, we may simply not feel like ourselves. Therapy offers an opportunity to work through those feelings, gain a new perspective, and maximize the tools already within you. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s in Social Work from Walden University and a Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. I have a passion for supporting and guiding individuals through their discomfort to get to the other side of it. My goal is to empower you to look within, maximize your full potential, and live YOUR truth.

I provide a welcoming environment where you will feel relaxed, accepted and free to be your authentic self. Additionally, you can expect to be therapeutically challenged with compassion and warmth as we work towards the goals YOU identify. It is okay not to feel okay and you deserve the opportunity to get unstuck and live the life you envision for yourself. It is my intention for you to feel supported, accepted, and free to be yourself without fear of judgment.
