What is your typical process for working with clients?
Address presenting concerns and reduce symptom severity. Gain insight and awareness for factors influencing mental health conditions. Then, deep dive into early experiences that influenced the risk for the condition's onset. Thereby further reducing symptoms severity and helping to minimize the risk of relapse.
