“Chase is a fantastic mental health professional. He doesn't just immediately treat real life (me in this case) like it's a text book situation. He helps to problem solve, feel comfortable opening up, and understand what's going on in your head. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a real and proper discussion rather than a just quick diagnosis.”

Getting to know Chase Monroe

Hi, I am Chase Monroe. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Tarleton State University. My passion lies in helping individuals, couples, and families heal from the past or present. I use humor while being compassionate, empathetic, and understanding. I have worked with families and individuals from various backgrounds, supporting them in healing from the past and becoming more in tune with the present. I also assist couples with intimacy, communication, and other challenges that can arise in long-term relationships. For individuals, we can address many forms of trauma that occur throughout life, or if you're feeling overwhelmed, I can help you work through what's on your mind. I look forward to working with you to build the life you want to live. At the moment, I cannot take insurance, and I am deeply sorry for any inconvenience this causes. Supervised by Dallas Smeltser LPC-S

What should a new client know about working with you?

With our time together we will work on goals you set in session, we will work as a team to achieve those goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Each session is around 60 minutes, and for the first half is a check in of how you are doing and what is on your mind. The second half is us working together on ways we can improve your situation. I use CBT and other therapeutic techniques to provide you with the best care possible.
