“Chas is exactly what I needed in terms of a therapist. She does evidence-based care but seamlessly through genuine conversation. Her care is palpable and unmistakeable. She can be firm when she needs to and frank but always appropriately so, and always with compassion. She was the only therapist out of many that was able to break through my years of trauma, and truly make a difference in my life. I found her by chance, but I think fate brought us together when I absolutely needed her.”

Getting to know Chasidy Wright
Aloha Kakou, my name is Chasidy Wright, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Hawai`i. I earned my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University, Hawai`i. I enjoy working with self-aware women who want to improve their self-esteem, confidence, and relationship skills to feel less anxious, depressed, and alone. People-pleasers and perfectionists, I am here for you. This provider resides in Hawai`i.
My approach explores thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that are not working, using modalities like Narrative and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also use experiential activities, strength-based stories, and solution-focused processing to support AHA moments, shift perspectives, and move toward a future you would love.
My style fits women ages 15-35 who relate to people-pleasing, perfectionism, and self-criticism. Overachievers and over-thinkers who feel stuck, stressed, and scared of letting others down appreciate my open attitude. I empower them to trust themselves, practice self-love, have healthier relationships, and enjoy their accomplishments.
My communication style is friendly, honest, and empathetic. I listen without criticism and believe self-discovery can be fun, so we smile and laugh in sessions.
Growing up in Hawai`i, I learned to take care of others and pushed myself hard to accomplish goals. In my mental health journey, I've seen how important it is to also take care of myself and enjoy success instead of being hard on myself. Since I can remember, I have read self-help books, made vision boards, and had deep heart-to-hearts. I am inspired by this work and by people who have been through much and continue to work on loving others and themselves.
When setting goals, we will look at where you are now and what your pains and discomforts are.

She's really understanding and can relate to real-life experiences or use practical examples to connect with me. She's also empathetic and helps me link my short-term goals to why I started therapy in the first place. We recently did an eye-opening exercise, and I'm genuinely excited to keep working with her toward my goal.

Chasity is intelligent, insightful, caring, and provides productive exercises in each of my sessions. I’ve never felt comfortable in therapy before but I feel Chasity provides a safe space to share and provides helpful feedback. I look forward to meeting with her each week. She is really helping me through a difficult time
