Are you feeling emotionally or physically disconnected from your partner? Is communication unclear? Has passion and intimacy faded within your relationship? Are you experiencing difficulties with your sexual behaviors, urges, or desires? Unsure of your sexuality? Are you a therapist or professional helper? Feeling disconnected in a relationship can leave you feeling unloved, undesirable, and alone. Having sexual issues can be embarrassing and alienating. Not being accepted due to your sexuality can be hurtful. My affirming and empathetic approach can help you gain a sense of normalcy, dig deeper, and begin to make the changes you desire.
I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Qualified MHC Supervisor, Masters-level Certified Addictions Professional, Certified Sex Therapist, Brainspotting Practitioner, and EMDR-trained clinician. I specialize in trauma, substance abuse, sexual issues/sex therapy, LGBTQ+ issues, and mental health, with over 21 years of experience in the helping field.
My primary offices are in Port St. Lucie, Vero Beach, and Orlando, with telemental health available throughout Florida, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. I offer package deals to meet a variety of financial situations. Sliding Fee Scales are also available for those who qualify. Consultations are PAID and available on a scheduled basis ONLY. Supervision is available for registered mental health counselor interns.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Clients that work with me can expect to have a safe and affirming space for them to be open, authentic and supported as they navigate their needs. I believe in a collaborative therapeutic relationship that is rooted in accountability and action. If you want to get a different result, you have to do something different. Implementing what you learn in session is the key to changing where you are in your life. I am here to help!

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
