Using an approach that allows for genuine conversation and gets rid of "traditional" counseling stereotypes, we can work together to come up with ways to address your struggles. While I do work with clients from all backgrounds, I specialize in working with military-connected clients, first responders, and athletes. Those lifestyles are unique in their own way and require providers to have training and an awareness of the challenges faced by those individuals and their families. Additionally, the availability of 24/7 telehealth sessions can accommodate their unique schedules.

Your sessions will feel like a conversation with a trusted confidant, where you can share your feelings, worries, and goals openly and without judgement. I individualize treatment for each patient, taking into consideration your needs and available time. Whether you want to just talk things out or prefer tangible processes like worksheets or workbooks, I can provide a support environment where you'll feel understood and encouraged.
