Instead of 'About Me' let's think of our meeting here as 'About Us.' If you're reading this and feeling uncertain about therapy, that's completely normal. Taking this step requires courage, and I'm honored to walk alongside you. Let's work together to help you feel more grounded, capable, and connected to your own strength. I specialize in working with adolescent girls and women, particularly those who are neurodivergent (ADHD and autism). Many of my clients are navigating life transitions—whether that's academic pressure, career shifts, relationship changes, or simply feeling overwhelmed by expectations. If you've struggled with self-doubt, anxiety, low self-esteem, or patterns that seem to sabotage your goals, I want you to know: the resources you need are already within you, and my job is to help you access them. My approach is client-centered and strength-based. I meet you exactly where you are, without judgment. We'll work together using evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, EMDR, and hypnotherapy—alongside creative, arts-informed interventions that help you connect with yourself in new ways. I find hypnotherapy especially powerful for putting anxiety and panic into remission quickly, offering real relief from fear and emotional pain. Our sessions are structured around your goals: building self-awareness, developing practical coping skills, and creating lasting change in how you manage stress and emotions. I became a therapist because I witnessed how suffering can isolate us from joy — and how the right support can help us find our way back. I earned my master's in psychology from NYU and my PhD from the University of South Carolina, where I've practiced for over a decade. My clinical training includes both hospital work and academic research, but I transitioned to private practice because I love the deep, focused work of supporting motivated clients through virtual sessions.
