I earned by Bachelor's Degree in Human Development from the University of California, Davis and my Masters in Social Work from California State University, Stanislaus. I spent recent years providing therapy to children and families in the foster care and adoption system as well as in various school settings in California. Recently, I have shifted my work to be with adults. My training has been based on and is built around an attachment and trauma informed lens. We will also take a closer look at your strengths and how to enhance those in helping you achieve your personal goals. Overall, I use an eclectic approach and will explore which type of therapy model will best fit your individual circumstance. I look forward to meeting you!
