In my practice, I guide clients to slow down, notice what's happening in their bodies, and act from a grounded, regulated place rather than from panic, old wounds, or automatic patterns. I blend ACT, DBT, CBT, and embodied awareness to help people understand their thoughts, regulate their nervous systems, and build relationships and behaviors that align with their values.
