I'm fine. It's fine. Everything’s fine. (Sound familiar?) If you're a high-achiever, you may struggle to find a balance between ALL of the things: career, family, relationships, & self-care (whatever that is..?). You may have formed this perception that you're ‘supposed to’ do it all…perfectly....and with a smile on your face, of course. And even when you're dominating in some areas of your life, that obnoxious little voice of self-doubt seems to keep chirping in your ear. If you want to find more balance, quiet that internal critic, and develop more confidence in your ability to handle life's challenges, let's talk!

What should a new client know about working with you?

I would describe my interpersonal style as genuine, collaborative, & non-judgmental. I primarily use a cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) approach in therapy because research shows that these skills are highly effective for managing symptoms related to anxiety, depression, and trauma/PTSD. The tools you will learn can be helpful for addressing imposter syndrome, body insecurities, relationship issues, & many other concerns. Essentially, my goal would be to help you develop and practice new skills that will essentially empower you to 'become your own therapist.'

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My typical process starts with us scheduling a free 15-minute phone consultation appointment so that I can hear a little bit about your concerns as well as to provide you with a little more information about my therapy approach and my practice. I truly believe that finding the 'right fit' with a therapist is so important, and I know this process might feel overwhelming, so I 'm here to help! If you want to declutter some of the anxious/critical thoughts from your mind and begin to feel more confident and deserving, I'm here to help! I'd love to hear about your goals and concerns and to talk with you about how therapy could help.
