What should a new client know about working with you?

No therapy is one-size-fits-all. Therefore, I work with my clients to tailor therapy to their needs and make sure there is open discussion about the therapeutic process. You can always expect a warm & inviting therapeutic environment with humor as well as a solution-focused approach. I will pull from other frameworks as needed such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The initial session will consist of an intake so I can understand more of what brings you to therapy. Going forward, my style allows for sessions to be client-driven. I strive to create a safe and warm space where you can openly discuss your goals, where you feel seen & heard, and where you feel the utmost support.
