What should a new client know about working with you?

Focusing on the relief of depressive/anxiety/any unwanted symptoms, my treatment plans are client-driven to achieve what is the utmost priority to you. Initial sessions are comprised of assessing areas for growth to support the jointly created treatment plan and steps therein. Throughout, we partner together to tackle any unwanted thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with a strength based, person centered approach.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Outside of our initial assessment, each session will cater to your needs, as you wish to spend the time, to further progress towards the identified goal with follow up each week (or so determined) on any progress or challenges therein. Each session may differ, however what may remain the same is our collaborative approach to the targeted outcomes. Therapy is a journey to take together, and the journey may not be a linear process, but I am here to make it as smooth of a journey as possible.
