Finding a therapist can be an overwhelming task. Life can be full of complexities that are difficult to navigate. If you are feeling sad or overwhelmed, I commend you for taking the brave first steps toward caring for yourself. I believe in the value and worth of every person and that we all possess strengths to help us on life's journey. If you have been feeling stuck, we can work together to uncover what is holding you back and develop the tools to move you forward. A key part of this process is finding someone who can put you at ease. I have been told I am easy to talk to, and I make providing a safe, comfortable, non-judgmental, and empathetic environment a top priority. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Certified Reciprocal Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor (CRADC) in Illinois. I earned my Master's in Community Counseling from Argosy University. With close to 20 years in the field and 10 years in private practice, I specialize in helping people recover from anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. I use a collaborative, whole-person approach that values the therapist-client relationship and sees the client as the expert. This is your story-I'm just walking through it with you, and I'm honored you chose me!

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
