Cher employs an integrative approach that begins with creating a warm and accepting environment where clients feel comfortable. As a counselor, she strives to encourage and empower clients as they work through the change process. She believes in the power of the mind-body connection and the impact that our thoughts can have on our overall health and well-being. A combination of Adlerian therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and components of expressive arts therapy, are utilized to help foster insight and to assist clients in accomplishing their goals.
