My focus I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating life's challenges-whether it's anxiety, depression, stress, or difficulties at school, work, or in relationships. My communication style I believe that the client is the expert and it is my job to guide/assist in obtaining insight and strategies while I walk the journey with them.
