I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as a licensed mental health therapist. I want to share a little about myself and my fieldwork experiences. I have worked in this field for several years, along with various training, to assist clients in different areas. In the last several years, I worked in a mental health hospital with adolescents, substance abuse, and crisis intervention in various settings. I have helped people with trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. I also worked with individuals on career choices to help increase their career paths and maximize success. I support individuals in their desire to become independent. I hold a Master's degree in Human Services from Walden University and a Bachelor's degree from Albany State University.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
