Hello and Welcome! My name is Cheryl and I'm excited you're here. Just a few things about me to help us get acquainted. I'm blessed to be mother to 3 sons, a four legged pup, and grandmother to 4. My interests include most anything that includes family, friends, nature, animals, learning, and serving. Taking a non traditional path to where I am first as an educator and then counselor, I've been fortunate to work with many wonderful people along the way and in varied ways from groups, families, couples, and Individuals. I've learned much along the way from each person I've partnered with on their journey to their best self. The most important thing I've learned through the twisting path I've taken individually, and with the client's I have served, is we are all unique and the key to happiness is finding it first in ourselves. I look forward to walking with you along your path to happiness!

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
