Getting to know Cheryl Hurley
I am a licensed clinical social worker with a Master's in Clinical Social Work from the University of New England and a Master's in Forensic Psychology and Forensic Science from Saint Leo University. I provide effective therapy for many types of mental health diagnoses using a variety of methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, solution-focused therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I have experience working with survivors of sexual abuse, physical abuse, and domestic violence, as well as military personnel, first responders, and medical professionals. My focus is to help reduce the emotional responses to trauma through the use of EMDR.
I am currently providing telehealth services only.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
