My hope is to support you while you become more in tune with your own body and gain awareness of what it needs to thrive – regardless of what you have endured. Your story matters, so honoring your lived experience is the main first step and then I want to be by your side as you navigate the waters of self-discovery. Connection is the word we are hearing about now more than ever for numerous reasons. Honestly, it is what humans are wired for yet we are feeling more disconnected as the years pass. Thankfully, our culture is starting to accept more and more that everything is connected. This includes our body/mind/spirit, the gut/brain connection and our attachment to this earth and others. It’s the wellness approach I use and live by. Some of my approaches involve honoring yourself when you need to grieve, being mindful of how you speak to yourself and what you put into your body to either give you strength or create pain, building your emotional intelligence to identify and regulate your emotions and understand others, nurturing healthy relationships for your overall well-being, healing wounds from previous trauma(s), exploding your strengths to see what you are truly capable of, allowing your body to move as it is meant to, connecting with earth/nature to feel safer on this planet, and more. I have my own story just like you, so I must care for myself the same way. I was a sports gal and dancer while growing up and it saved my life and continues to nurture my soul. My degrees in Exercise Science and Mental Health Counseling have allowed me the opportunity to offer a more holistic counseling approach to my clients. Everything is connected. I also received my Level 4 Certification in Energy Healing/Medicine and pursue consistent continuing education for somatic healing approaches and effective tools for nervous system regulation.
