I hold an EdD in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University, a Master?s from Southern New Hampshire University, and a Bachelor?s from Skidmore College. I have advanced certifications in evidence-based practices and specialize in Trauma, Dissociative Disorders, Integrative Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Pain Management, Interpersonal Therapy, Attachment Therapy, Crisis Management, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and EMDR. My integrative approach works on mind, body, and spirit to provide alternative ways of responding without getting stuck in past habits.
