My goal is to help you clarify what you want to achieve and find realistic ways to move forward. My approach My style is supportive, trauma-informed, and eclectic. I have skills related to CBT, DBT, and Harm Reduction. I work with a wide variety of patients from diverse backgrounds and am culturally sensitive and open to all LGBTQ+ issues. My focus I work with individuals ages 13 through elderly. Common concerns include depression, anxiety, difficult transitions, and trauma-related issues. My communication style I strive to be supportive and encouraging, ensuring that help truly feels like help.
