I have worked as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for the past 24 years, with a background in Creative Arts Therapies using Dance/Movement and Drama as therapeutic tools. I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from City University of New York, Hunter College. For the past twelve years, I have had the pleasure and honor of working with Active Duty Military and their families in the USA and Europe. I have supported clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship and parenting issues, as well as addiction recovery. I have also helped individuals and couples who have experienced trauma and abuse. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, honesty, and compassion. I support each individual's creativity and spontaneity to find viable solutions to life's challenges and ultimate goals. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, and rational-emotive counseling. I tailor our dialogue and treatment goals to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
