I'm Cherysh Caldwell, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Georgia and Alabama. I work with adults who are capable, accomplished, and quietly carrying more than the people around them realize navigating burnout, anxiety, life transitions, and the particular weight that comes from living and leading in systems that demand a great deal and don't always give much back. My path to this work is not a straight line. Before clinical practice, I spent years working at the intersection of people and systems as an educator, a nonprofit executive, a public administrator, and a local government leader. That background shapes everything about how I work. I don't just see the person in front of me. I see the environments, relationships, and pressures that shaped them. I bring that same depth to therapy creating a space that is honest, affirming, and grounded in the belief that sustainable wellbeing has to be intentionally designed. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
