Psychotherapist

Hi there, I'm Cheyenne! I am a licensed professional counselor and certified health and wellness coach. I primarily work with adolescents and adults who are navigating life changes, emotional stress, and questions about identity or purpose. My focus I work best with adolescents and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, burnout, or major life transitions. Many of my clients appear high-functioning on the outside but feel exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of themselves internally. My approach I provide compassionate, collaborative, and individualized care rooted in evidence-based practices. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, empowered, and supported in developing practical tools for meaningful, lasting change. My communication style My communication style is candid, compassionate, and comforting. I offer realistic, practical guidance while remaining open to collaboration, support, and frequent communication as needed. I strive to create a safe space where people feel heard and understood. My journey to mental healthcare I became a therapist after realizing, as an adult, that I struggled with my mental health as a child without understanding why or knowing how to ask for help. I want to help others feel less alone, provide compassionate guidance, and create a safe space for healing and growth. My goals for you My approach is simple: I meet you where you are & walk alongside you as you move toward your goals. I believe therapy should feel supportive, practical, and empowering. I use talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy to help you better understand your thoughts, manage strong emotions, and build healthier patterns. Our first session I take the opportunity to learn about you and your story. What brings you to therapy now and address what is most important to you in that moment and from a therapeutic standpoint.
