I’m especially honored to hold space for women particularly those seeking a safe and supportive place to voice their needs. It takes real courage to reach out and begin therapy. What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me is collaborative, empowering, and deeply affirming. I use a blend of approaches—including EMDR, CBT, DBT, somatic work, narrative therapy, eco-therapy, and expressive arts—to tailor our work to your needs and strengths. My style is relational, grounded, and trauma-informed, always holding space for the whole of who you are.
