As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specifically help couples build stronger, healthier, and more fulfilling relationships. It is the only evidenced-based Relationship Checkup trusted by the U.S. military. I have successfully implemented this protocol with over 177 couples in the past 4 years, helping partners move from communication breakdowns, trust concerns, or emotional disconnection toward greater confidence, peace, laughter, and passionate connection. While no relationship approach can guarantee outcomes, research shows that relationship checkups are associated with reduced rates of depression, divorce, intimate partner violence, and suicidal risk factors. My mission is to serve couples who are likely to benefit from effective, short-term relational therapy. For concerns that require longer-term or specialized care - such as ongoing or hidden infidelity, addiction, serious and persistent mental health disorders, or domestic abuse or violence - I provide appropriate referrals to ensure you receive the best support suited to your needs. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
