Hi, I'm Chrissy! I'm an Atlanta, GA native and an LCSW with more than 16 years of experience working with people of all ages, from toddlers to older adults. I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work from UGA and have worked in hospitals, early intervention, home health, hospice, and rehabilitation settings. My first goal is simply to get to know youâ€”your experiences, what's important to you, and what has brought you to seek support. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy should be a safe place where you feel heard, supported, and free from judgment, while also gaining practical tools, insight, and a sense of progress along the way. I genuinely enjoy getting to know my clients, and I feel fortunate to do this work. My goal is to help you reach your goals and create the positive changes in your life that led you to seek therapy.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
