My goal in therapy is to accompany you on your journey through these changes and to provide a safe space for you to heal, grow, and rediscover who you are so you can thrive in life. I want to help you identify and cope with issues affecting your mental health by increasing your self-awareness and self-compassion in a world where you often feel like you have no control. I aim to empower you to find the innate tools you have as an individual to overcome these challenges. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively throughout this process.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
