Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Christen is extremely easy to talk to. She's very empathetic and caring and I feel very comfortable talking to her. I can tell she genuinely cares about people and helping them, and I feel so lucky to have found her at this time in my life.

As I sit here, thinking about how in the world I can express the lifelong gratitude I have for Christen, I can’t seem to find the right words to describe her. She has been my light in the darkness. She has taught me the skills I need to avoid the bad times and/or navigate them. When I first started talking to her, my faith was GONE. I hated God for so many reasons. Now, He is everywhere and in every single situation. I needed Him and now I walk with Jesus. I surrendered my life 2 months ago at my baptism. Like, whaaaatt??! I’m blown away every time we talk. I hear her words in my head when I process life. My trauma started when I was 7 years old. I am now, 40 years old and for the first time, I am out of survival mode and thriving in ways I never thought possible. She helps me through the difficulties that come along with co-parenting with a Narcissist. Talking to Christen is so profound and productive…every single time. God is good. She is my Godsend. I can’t imagine my future without her! She’s warm and understanding and just simply AMAZING! ????

Christen has helped me so much in just a few short months. I was struggling with crippling anxiety and depression and I'm coming out the other side and able to live life again! She's helped me understand how much my thoughts truly impact my feelings and behavior and given me tangible advice and coping skills I've been able to put into practice. She's so warm and encouraging and gives me a sense of hope! I feel that she's a true partner in my healing journey.
