TN
Hey there! I'm Christian, and I'm a therapist who helps busy professionals get the most out of their lives, work, and relationships. You know, those of us who are always on the go and trying to juggle a million things at once. I work with people who look like they have it all together on the outside, but deep down, they may be struggling with some real stuff. And that's totally normal! Life can be tough, and sometimes we need a little help to get through it. My approach to therapy is all about creating a safe and judgment-free space where we can talk about whatever is on your mind. We'll work together to figure out what's holding you back, develop new strategies for dealing with stress and anxiety, and help you feel more confident and in control. I earned my bachelor's degree from FernUniversit?t in Hagen and hold a master's degree in psychology from California Southern University. I've been doing this for over a decade, so you can trust that I've got the skills and experience to help you out. If you're ready to take charge of your life and start feeling better, let's chat! I'm here to help you achieve your goals and live your best life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

When we work together, I always have two questions running in the back of my mind: "What is currently happening? And how can we help you get unstuck?" My goal is to create a safe and collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in your life. As a therapist, I use evidence-based techniques and modalities to help you get the most out of your life, career, and relationships. This means that the approaches we use in our work together have been proven to work for others, and we'll use strategies that are tailored to your unique needs and goals. I understand that it can be challenging to open up and share your deepest thoughts and feelings with a stranger. That's why I approach our work together with empathy, compassion, and without judgment. We'll work together to set goals, develop strategies, and make progress towards the changes you want to see in your life. My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and focused on helping you build the skills and resilience needed to thrive in today's fast-paced world.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Initial Consultation: Our first session will be a consultation, where we'll get to know each other and talk about what's bringing you to therapy. I'll ask you questions about your background, current challenges, and goals for therapy. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you have about my approach to therapy and to determine if we're a good fit for working together. Setting Goals: Once we've decided to work together, we'll spend some time setting specific and achievable goals for our time together. These goals will guide our work and help us measure your progress along the way. Therapy Sessions: During therapy sessions, we'll work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors related to the goals we've set. I'll help you identify patterns and insights that can support your progress and provide feedback and guidance as we move forward. Homework and Practice: In between sessions, I may suggest exercises or homework assignments to help you practice new skills or integrate insights from therapy into your daily life. This is an important part of therapy, as it can help you make progress more quickly and build long-lasting change. Ongoing Evaluation: Throughout our time together, we'll regularly check in on your progress and evaluate whether our approach is working for you. If necessary, we'll make adjustments to our approach to better meet your needs and goals. Overall, my approach to therapy is tailored to each individual client's needs and goals. Sessions typically last 50 minutes (80 minutes for couples) and can be conducted in person, over the phone, or via video chat.
