Getting to know Christian Cruz

I am someone who believes that life is a journey rather than a destination. I'm a strong believer that life throws many challenges at us, but what matters most is how we respond. This Cognitive Behavioral approach is the same one I use in counseling. I take an eclectic approach, drawing from various psychological theories and teachings to help individuals respond well to life's difficulties. Many of the challenges life presents can cause stress, anxiety, anger, depression, and trauma. If this sounds like you, I would like to teach you how to manage these symptoms by helping you develop skills and gain the strength to overcome them. I'm also a strong believer that whatever you put into this world is what you will get out of it. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and tools to support you on your journey.
