Be mindful and be great. My therapeutic approach is to provide encouragement and instill empowerment in my clients, helping them develop the skills to process everyday stressors. We are often taught to push through and suppress our emotions and feelings, neglecting mindfulness and self-care. Our sessions offer a safe space to speak about and process your feelings, stressors, and relationships. You'll leave our sessions with the confidence to rationally overcome barriers that once felt overwhelming. In my years of experience, I have found it essential to focus on each individual's needs, values, and identity to create a personalized plan. I have worked with individuals facing behavior and oppositional issues, substance abuse, anger management, and past trauma that may impact their daily lives. You are the driver, and I am the passenger on your journey. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Adelphi University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively.
