Healing rarely begins because someone has all the answers. More often, it begins when someone finally feels safe enough to tell the truth about what they’re carrying. I believe therapy should be a place where you don’t have to perform, explain away your feelings, or pretend you’re okay. It should be a space where you can simply show up as you are—with your questions, your pain, your hopes, and your story—and know you’ll be met with compassion rather than judgment. My work is rooted in a person-centered, strength-based, and attachment focused approach. Together we’ll work to make sense of the patterns that have shaped your life, honor the ways you’ve learned to survive, and gently explore new ways of living that bring more connection, authenticity, and peace. My hope is that you’ll experience what therapy should feel like from the very first meeting: a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can exhale, be yourself, and know that your story will be met with respect, empathy, and genuine curiosity.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for adults and adolescents facing trauma, dissociation, and identity-related concerns. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy and LGBTQIA-affirmative support. We will work together to create a personalized treatment plan to foster healing and resilience.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is person-centered, strength-based, and attachment-focused because I believe our relationships, our experiences, and our innate resilience all shape who we become. Together, we'll explore not only what's happened to you but also what is strong within you.
