Everyone has their own story to tell, no matter how young. I am here to listen and support you or your child. With a Bachelor's and a Master's in Social Work from Adelphi University, I bring both education and empathy to my practice. My treatment approach is tailored to the individual needs of each client, grounded in a strengths-based perspective. My goal is to create a comfortable space for growth and improving overall wellness. I aim to build trust and help you or your child process different feelings and experiences. Together, we will explore your unique goals and needs and develop effective coping strategies to overcome obstacles.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Child and Family Studies and my Masters of Social Work at Adelphi University. I began my social work career working with children and adolescents in foster care who experienced trauma and abuse. I specialize in treating children and adolescents in a variety of areas such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, school issues, life transitions, relationships, self esteem, communication, conflict resolution, emotion regulation, and coping skills. In a safe and non-judgmental environment, I hope we can work together to better emotional wellness through developing and improving skills based on individualized needs.
