I also support parents experiencing anxiety, stress, and the complexities of raising children, as well as women working through life transitions, relationship concerns, and personal challenges.

I take a collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy, working alongside my clients to help them better understand themselves and navigate life's challenges. Using a blend of CBT and person-centered techniques, I work to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful change.
