I had an appointment scheduled at 15 S Grady Way (suite LI224) in Renton and arrived about 30 minutes early after driving from Tacoma. When I entered the building, both the east & west entrances were locked. While I understand it was a Saturday, there were no instructions provided on how to access the building or contact the office. After waiting, I was eventually able to get inside when an employee, presumably. I was told the LI224 office was in the basement, but after searching the entire level, I couldn’t find any office with that designation. I also checked the second floor with no luck—there was no signage or indication of a therapy office anywhere. To make matters more frustrating, there was no phone number or email listed for the provider & the booking platform’s customer service line was closed since it was the weekend. Overall, the lack of clear directions, signage & contact information made this a very disappointing experience—especially considering the distance I traveled.
