Hi! I'm Christina, a licensed therapist who assists individuals in navigating their lives and understanding the importance of being authentically themselves. I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work from the University of South Carolina. I have gained clinical experience in community-based mental health agencies throughout North Carolina, my private practice, clinical supervision for other social workers, and medical social work. I have clinical expertise in anxiety, depression, relational and family conflict, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and stress management.

What should a new client know about working with you?

As a therapist, I work from a Reality based perspective. We will focus the need to be loved and the need to feel that you belong. Reality therapy teaches that while we cannot control how we feel, we can control how we think and behave.
