They work closely with children, young adults, and family systems to establish positive coping skills that can make meaningful and sustainable changes in their client's lives. In her therapeutic practice she joins aspects of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play therapy and various modalities to create a unique client centered experience that meets your individual goals.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with kids and teens to create a warm, welcoming space where they can feel truly safe being themselves. I value building a therapeutic alliance by understanding not just your challenges, but your strengths, social frameworks, and passions. In our sessions, I love using creativity and play to make therapy enjoyable and meaningful, helping build trust and genuine connection. Together, we’ll nurture resilience, confidence, and the kind of positive growth that lasts.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Whether you’re carrying long-standing emotional pain or moving through new and overwhelming life changes, I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to step into therapy. Choosing this path can feel vulnerable, and my intention is to offer a space where you feel truly seen, supported, and understood—especially in the parts of your inner world that may feel uncharted or difficult to share. In our work together, we’ll gently explore the patterns, emotions, and past experiences that shape how you relate to yourself and to others. We’ll also pay attention to how these relational dynamics show up within our therapeutic relationship. This space becomes a safe container where old wounds can be expressed and understood, while your strengths, resilience, and unique wisdom are honored. Furthermore, collaboration and openness with families are valued in my therapeutic process. I believe that when caregivers and I partner together, we can create shared goals that support a child’s growth while also strengthening family connections. Throughout the therapeutic process, I emphasize consistency, compassion, and accountability—building a supportive environment where real progress can happen.
