Hello, my name is Christina H. I have been a therapist since 2020 but I have been in the mental health field since 2016. I am a wife and mother of 4 children. I work at a community mental health agency full-time working with adults with severe mental illnesses and also have experience working with individuals with intellectual/ developmental disabilities as well. I am open to working with all populations but my favorites would have to be people who are trying to figure out who they are and what their purpose is, people dealing with life changes and trying to cope effectively, and people who just need help getting through the day to day stressors with some support. Whatever your issue may be, I am up for the challenge and hope I can help to make things better for you!

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
