My passion for mental healthcare is rooted in personal experiences, including navigating family transitions, witnessing the impact of suicide, and supporting loved ones with mental illness. These early challenges inspired a deep commitment to helping others feel heard, supported, and empowered. I work with individuals ages six and up, across all gender identities and a wide range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and more. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to provide individual, group, couples, and play therapy, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of my clients. As a mother and wife, and someone who’s experienced grief firsthand, I offer compassionate support to clients navigating parenting, relationships, loss, and reproductive health. I prioritize ongoing training and self-care to provide thoughtful, up-to-date care in every session.
