What should a new client know about working with you?

With training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), I support clients in processing both past and ongoing trauma experiences while creating a safe space for those navigating BIPOC identities and experiences of marginalization. My approach is LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I am especially passionate about working with individuals who have felt "different" or disconnected from mainstream norms, helping them reconnect with and reclaim their sense of self.
