I am an experienced LMSW eager to help lead adolescents and individuals through their struggles with mood or personality disorders, stress, life transitions, and more. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, empowering my patients to gain greater insights into their conditions, strengthen self-confidence, and explore new perspectives that support successful growth and healing. I understand how heavy life can feel at time, and am dedicated to lifting that burden from others. Through my own struggles navigating mental health issues, I’ve learned the value of compassion, resilience, and having a safe space to be heard. This perspective led me to my career as a therapist, where I could use my personal experience to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where patients can explore their struggles, discover new strengths, and build tools for healing and growth.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I seek to help those who are committed to their healing, patients who show up and are honest in their goals and needs. My ideal patient is seeking guidance to navigate life and make choices that support a successful, fulfilling future. Issues may include impulsivity, coping with past and current traumas, depression, anxiety, or relationship struggles. No matter the concern, I aim to help patients who are open and committed to self-understanding and personal growth, so they can gain insight and work toward becoming their best self.
