I seek to provide a comfortable space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors without fear of judgment. My hope is that my clients gain greater awareness of who they are, what they want, and how to get there. It is very important to me that I am a good fit for those I work with. I offer 15-minute free consultations to explore what it is that you are looking for and to see if we seem like a good match. If not, I do my best to offer appropriate referrals.

I take a holistic approach meaning I acknowledge the physical, psychological, relational, and environmental needs of an individual. I enjoy helping people through many different issues however, I have a particular passion and interest for working with adults diagnosed ADHD, anxiety, relational issues, and finding meaning and purpose in your life.
