Hi, my name is Christy Paul. I am licensed in the State of Florida and hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida. With decades of experience, I use both cognitive behavioral and person-centered approaches to help individuals, couples, and families develop skills that empower them to cope with life’s challenges. I believe therapy is a valuable process through which these skills are cultivated. I look forward to guiding you on your journey toward a more fulfilled life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work Mon-Thursday 9am-6pm. I schedule virtual and in person appointments. The first session will be an assessment to determine the direction we will take in our therapy sessions. I look forward to hearing from you and getting started.
