“Christina is, by far, a professional I would use again. She makes you feel safe and secure almost immediately and she is incredibly attuned to what is happening. There were things I didn't even noticing myself doing that she was able to catch. During our time together, she used a variety of excellent techniques, like breathing techniques and mindfulness to help me regulate and feel grounded. She walked me through some different exercises like vagus massage that I found highly enjoyable. I highly recommend her.”

What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients often tell me they feel at ease quickly because I bring a warm, grounded, and nurturing presence to therapy. I believe healing happens best when you feel safe, understood, and supported in doing the deeper work. I blend holistic psychotherapy with neuroscience and evidence-based approaches, including EMDR and somatic therapy, while drawing from my background in music therapy to offer creative and experiential interventions alongside traditional talk therapy. Together, we find approaches that support your system’s natural capacity to heal when it’s given the right conditions. Therapy with me is active, intentional, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

No preparation is needed. You don’t need to show up with anything figured out. I’ll meet you where you are and follow what feels most present in the moment, slowing things down when needed. We’ll pay attention to both your thoughts and body cues as they arise so we can better understand what’s happening beneath the surface. You’re not expected to have it figured out. We will make sense of it together as we go.
