If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or emotionally exhausted, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself. You may know you need support but feel unsure of what to say or where to begin. That’s okay. Therapy is a place where you can start exactly where you are. I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment. Healing doesn’t require perfection—it requires honesty, patience, and compassion. People and their stories have always deeply mattered to me. From an early age, I felt drawn to listening and understanding others, which naturally led me into this work. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds. I strongly believe that progress is still progress, no matter how small, and every step forward deserves to be acknowledged. I am a Licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas. Clients often describe me as empathetic, patient, and kind. I strive to meet you where you are and walk alongside you at a pace that feels right for you. You are the expert of your life—my role is to support, guide, and empower you. My primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on identifying unhelpful patterns, building coping skills, and creating meaningful change. Therapy is a collaborative process, and together we will work toward clarity, healing, and growth. As C.S. Lewis said, “You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.” Your experiences are valid, your feelings matter, and your story deserves care. I believe everyone is unique and will have different takeaways from our sessions depending on your goals and needs. I aim to help you feel more supported, heard, and understood. I hope you'll leave our sessions with a deeper understanding of yourself and more self-compassion. We will work on developing tools, techniques and coping skills to manage depression, anxiety, eating disorders and other mental health concerns. As a compassionate and non-judgmental listener, I'll provide a safe space for you to explore your challenges and find the support you need.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

She kept talking about herself. She interrupted me several times. I was already feeling really uncomfortable, and she didn't really help make me feel more comfortable.
