What should a new client know about working with you?

I work to build a trusting relationship with my clients, because that is where healing begins. I can't wait to meet you!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use focus types that meet the needs of the individual. ART is great for helping with disturbing images that result from PTSD or Trauma. CBT helps target those negative thoughts and behaviors that lead to depression and anxiety. DBT and Mindfulness will help you learn coping skills, so that no matter the situation you find yourself in, you can feel grounded and in control.

It’s common for mental health providers to be out-of-network. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network coverage, so you may get partially reimbursed. Learn more

Out-of-pocket fees and assistance
Initial session: $250 for 60 minutes
Ongoing session: $200 for 60 minutes
  • Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork
  • Charges post-reimbursement amount: This provider will only charge you for the amount you pay after you get reimbursed from your insurance plan, so you don’t need to pay the session fee upfront

More information on payments and coverage

I am a preferred provider for Aetna, Tricare, and TRIWest for veterans. I can also provide a superbill for my out-of-network clients and help with reimbursement. I am happy to work with you to keep therapy affordable.
