What should a new client know about working with you?

In therapy, we’ll begin by exploring the stressors—past and present—that brought you here. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based, trauma-informed practices to help you understand how your thoughts influence your emotions and shape your day-to-day experiences. From there, we work together to build realistic, meaningful goals that reflect the life you want to create. My style is collaborative, strengths-based, and deeply rooted in trust and honesty. I believe that when clients have a safe environment to express themselves without fear of judgment, they begin to reconnect with their voice, their resilience, and their sense of purpose. Whether we are processing trauma, building emotional regulation skills, or navigating a major life transition, I will meet you where you are—with compassion and steady support.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Healing is not something you have to do alone. If you’re ready to begin your journey toward clarity, connection, and emotional well-being, I’m here to help you take the next step.
