What should a new client know about working with you?

You’ll meet someone who shows up with compassion, curiosity, and zero judgment. You don’t need to filter yourself or have everything figured out. All emotions are welcome. Overwhelm, numbness, anger, confusion, hope — whatever you’re carrying, there’s space for it here. You’ll learn practical tools for communication and emotional regulation, but we’ll also look at the patterns and experiences that shape how you move through the world.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We work together to understand what you need. I bring clinical insight and structure; you bring your lived experience. We’ll shape the process as a team. I explain what we’re doing and why. If something isn’t helpful, we adjust. If something resonates, we build on it. Your feedback is part of the process. Some clients prefer structured goals; others need open space to process. Both are valid, and we’ll shift as needed. You choose what to share and when. My role is to support—not push.
