Hello!
Do you ever feel like "you are losing your mind" or "going crazy"? Do you want to share your feelings with someone but feel scared, ashamed, or like you should be able to "fix" your problems on your own?
I believe most people feel this way at times, and it can really help to have an objective, non-judgmental person to talk with.
I am that person. I have been a psychotherapist for over 30 years and hold a Master’s in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University. I love helping people become the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves. I would be honored to help you explore your issues in a safe and comfortable environment.
Whatever challenges you face—whether anxiety, depression, PTSD, abuse, or addiction—I am here to support you in overcoming what’s keeping you from becoming the person you want to be.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Once we meet for the first time I think you will find that I am a warm and empathetic person who will fully listen to you. As our sessions progress you should become more comfortable and trust that I will be able to help you deal with your issues. If we are not a good fit or I am unable to help you I will refer you to someone who will better meet your needs.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
